FAQ

Q: What is a fascia label?
A: Fascia labels are custom made adhesive labels designed for indoor fascias. The indoor fascias perfect for our labels are long and narrow metal or plastic pieces that are found at the top of window shades.

Q: How much do they cost?
A: Fascia labels are priced at 30 cents per square inch. That includes some design support. So if your fascia measures 3 inches by 100 inches, your fascia labels before tax and shipping will be $90.

Q: How do the labels attach to my fascia?
A: If you’re buying new shades, ask your installer to attach the labels before placing the fascia. The labels are cut at a maximum width of 36 inches and they’re made with an adhesive that allows you to unstick and restick until you get them perfect. So if your fascia is 100 inches long, you will receive 3 labels, 2 of them 36 inches long, and one will be 28 inches long.

Q: What if I’m not comfortable on a step stool or ladder?
A: Bake your neighbor some cookies in exchange for 15 minutes of help.

Q: How long will they last?
A: We don’t know yet. They are guaranteed not to fade for two years when kept dry and indoors.

Q: How does the design process work?
A: If you need some help coming up with a design, you have options. If you have a friend that enjoys that sort of thing, go ahead and ask them. We include a 15 minute Zoom meeting in our pricing where you can show us your room where the fascia is, and we will be happy to talk through ideas. If you want to get extra creative and start doing things like inserting faces of your dog and family members throughout the fascia, we can do that. And if we do that for you, the additional design services beyond the zoom call will be charged at $50/hour.

Q: Are there any design limitations?
A: We can’t print licensed or copyright protected images. So, sorry, No Buffalo Bill helmets, and no Mickey Mouse designs. When we grow to become a seven figure business, the lid will come off all that stuff : ) .
